Job summary

Lifepoint Health® is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, NC. The LPN will assist providers, prepare exam rooms, and administer care to patients. Qualifications

• Must have a current North Carolina or compact state LPN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school required.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Providers with patient preparation and documentation.
• Prepare exam rooms for patients.
• Administer injections, medications, and wound care.
• Document all care in patient records.
