Job summary
Riverbrook Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in short term rehabilitation and long-term care settings. The LPN will work with the Unit Director to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans and may take on leadership duties as needed.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical Nursing and be licensed by the State Board of Nursing; geriatric or rehabilitative nursing experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans to meet patient needs.
- Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing staff.
- Attend to daily unit operations per shift and assume leadership as needed.
