Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN/LVN license in Indiana or compact license with multistate privileges.
• 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments on admission.
• Perform routine shift duties: screenings, vitals, scheduling labs, updating charts.
• Address pharmacy needs, authorize prescriptions, dispense meds, maintain logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medication records.
