Job summary

A sign-on and retention bonus is available, welcoming a dedicated nurse to provide essential medical care on-site.

You will administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care in a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
