Southern Health Partners Inc. is hiring a Full Time LPN for the Craven County Jail in North Carolina. Day shift, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in North Carolina.
- 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a correctional setting.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to respond to urgent medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and care.
- Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs.
- Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
- Follow all facility and company policies and procedures.
