Start time is early morning, with a sign-on and retention bonus available to joining staff. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform patient assessments, and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure timely, accurate records and safe patient

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
