Job summary

Dublin Post Acute is hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Full-Time Day Shift in Dublin, OH. The LPN will provide direct care under supervision, administer meds, monitor residents, and contribute to care planning within a post-acute and long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted LPN license (GA) and CPR/BLS, with strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Prior post-acute care experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in GA.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents and report changes to RN/physician promptly.
• Document assessments and responses in the EMR accurately.
• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Supervise CNAs and support a team-oriented environment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time Day ShiftDocation: Dublin Post AcutePosition Type: Full-TimeShift: Day ShiftPosition SummaryDublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Day Shift nursing team. The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Director of Nursing while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and resident-centered care.
