A healthcare provider in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the College Street Family Practice. The role includes assisting providers with direct patient care, obtaining and documenting patient data, and preparing examination rooms. Formación

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
• Current basic life support certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting providers with direct patient care according to established standards.
• Obtaining accurate patient data.
• Documenting in the medical record.
• Preparing exam rooms and procedure rooms.
• Assisting provider during exams and procedures.
• Administering medications per written order.
• Providing educational materials to patient/family.
• Providing explanation of lab results to patient/family.
• Assisting with cleaning and stocking of exam rooms.
• Performing CLIA waived testing.
• General office duties as assigned.
