Job summary

Brentwood Health Center in Waynesboro, GA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the day shift to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. You will administer medications, monitor health, assist with ADLs, and support residents and families with compassionate care.

About the Role

As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, including:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Conducting vital signs and monitoring resident health status
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional and psychological support to residents and their families
• Participating in resident care planning and implementing individualized care plans
