Tulsa Nursing Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team from 7pm to 7am. You will participate in and direct the delivery of patient care, following facility systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains appropriate nursing objectives, goals, and standards in line with licensure and Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluates staffing needs with the Director of Nursing.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receives, transcribes, and implements physician orders.
• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Identifies and secures equipment and supplies.
• Directs and oversees subordinate staff.

• Monitors infection control compliance.
