Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards per licensure and Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluate staffing needs with Director of Nursing.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders.
• Implement and evaluate care plans.
• Identify and secure equipment and supplies.
• Direct and oversee subordinates and duties.
• Organize tasks and time allotments for staff.
• Oversee and monitor subordinate staff activities.
• Evaluate staff performance and address disciplinary actions.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and document findings.

LPN Requirements

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
• Previous skilled nursing experience
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Double Weekend Shift: Sat & Sun 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 7am

Day Shift: Mon through Friday 7am to 3pm
