Qualifications
- Licensed to work within the State of Connecticut as an LPN.
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references, and physical evaluation.
- Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications including IV and injections.
- Wound care and pain management; apply dressings.
- Monitor health status and analyze changes.
- Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens.
- Execute individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
- Maintain detailed health records and care progress.
- Oversee CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.
