Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services in Quincy, MA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. You will provide specialized nursing care in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program that offers a voluntary, less restrictive alternative to inpatient psychiatric care.

This part-time role (16 hours) includes alternating weekends and evening hours with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with MA LPN licensure.
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
• Experience in mental health or crisis care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document clients' medications and ensure safe practices.
• Coordinate acute medical care with care staff as needed.
• Facilitate health and wellness activities to support recovery.
• Deliver strengths-based nursing interventions and WRAP/safety planning.
• Complete clinical documentation and participate in trainings.
