Health Advocates Network, Inc. in Oroville, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our clinic. The position offers a local pay rate of $49.00 per hour and includes 3x12 hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week.

You will provide basic nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, document care, and follow safety protocols. A CA LVN license and at least 1 year of LVN/LPN experience are required, along with PSV verification and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Shift Details:

• Days 06:45AM-19:15PM

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care and assist with patients’ healthcare needs.

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments according to established protocols.

• Check vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report concerns to the healthcare team.

• Assist with routine health screenings, sick calls, and basic nursing procedures.

• Maintain accurate medical records and document care provided.

• Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines.

• Assist patients with basic healthcare needs and perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

• Minimum of 1 yearof recent experience as aLVN/LPN.

• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (Healthcare Provider BLS certification; TB screening with negative PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or T-SPOT results; Hepatitis B Consent/Declination Form; and proof of Rubella, Rubeola, and Varicella vaccination or titers ).
