PrimeCare Medical in Clearfield, PA, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our correctional health care setting. You will provide comprehensive nursing care under RN supervision and manage inmate health concerns with a focus on safety and compliance.

The role includes a 12-hour day shift (8am-8:30pm) for full-time staff and a per diem option. Training is provided during a two-week orientation with on-the-job shadowing.

Formación

• PA-licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Strong communication skills and professional conduct
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
• Clinical competency in nursing duties

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care under supervision of an RN
• Maintain, update and secure electronic medical records
• Record, track and manage controlled substances, narcotics and sharps
• Conduct inmate sick calls and provide treatments per protocol
• Observe, document symptoms and progress, and participate in plan of care
• Document information in inmate/patient medical records
