Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced LPN to join our outpatient clinic team. Responsibilities

• Administer medications under orders; manage IV therapy within scope.
• Provide patient education and coordinate follow-up care and referrals.
• Support daily operations to optimize staff workflow and maintain equipment.
