Job summary

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
- Current CPR certification required.
- Maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with SC Board of Nursing.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care per care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
- Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
- Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
