Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN in the state.
• CPR certification or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing services to residents.
• Administer medications in compliance with Federal & State regulations.
• Complete admission assessments and documentation.
• Develop and monitor service plans; track clinical data.
• Communicate health changes to physicians and families; document appropriately.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and ensure team communication.
• Educate residents and staff; participate in required trainings.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree / associate degree or related experience
