Job summary

Morningside House Senior Living in Ellicott City, MD is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team across full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules. You will administer medications, assess new residents, and contribute to care planning in a memory care-focused community.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license in Maryland, CPR certification, and enjoy a collaborative team environment with a strong focus on resident well-being and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• CPR certification required or willing to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per Federal & State regulations.
• Assist with admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
• Develop and complete service plans for residents.
• Track clinical data (wounds, infections) under supervision.
• Provide health-related education to residents and staff and respond to emergencies.
