Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN in the state.
• Must be CPR certified or willing to become certified.
• Available Friday and Monday's 10am-6pm required.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing services to residents per state and federal regulations.
• Administer medications to residents as prescribed and documented.
• Assist with admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
• Develop and implement service plans for residents.
• Monitor health status and communicate changes to physicians and family.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide education to residents and staff.
