Job summary

Cura Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support residents across nursing, caregiving, medication support, and dietary services. You will collaborate closely with CNAs, RNs, providers, and other team members to ensure compassionate, individualized care.

The role focuses on maintaining residents’ health, comfort, and independence while promoting dignity and a safe environment through teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Complete nursing documentation accurately and timely.
• Coordinate resident care with CNAs, RNs, providers, and therapists.
• Communicate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to resident needs and maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate care.
