Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide person-centered care for residents in a senior living community. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and caregivers to implement individualized care plans.

You will educate residents and families, respond to changes in health status, and uphold safety and infection-control standards while mentoring caregivers and supporting a warm, hospitality-focused environment.
