Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health family in Medford, OR, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse. The LPN will join a compassionate team to provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents at Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Ideal candidates hold an Oregon LPN license and can cover 1–2 shifts weekly plus 2 weekend shifts monthly. Leadership of CNAs and strong clinical skills are essential for this role.

Competenze

• Active Oregon LPN license required.
• Availability to work at least 1–2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to assess resident needs and provide nursing care.
• Provide direction and supervision to CNAs and other care team members.

Mansioni
