Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and support to residents and patients.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to care team and physicians.
• Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident evaluations.
• Help oversee Medication Aides and treatment administration when applicable.
