• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• An active Ohio LPN license and current CPR.
• Experience with Point Click Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing services to residents and promotes the highest level of well‑being as directed by management.
• Directs the day‑to‑day functions of STNAs in accordance with regulations that govern long‑term care.
• Prepares and administers medications as ordered by the physician.
• Focuses on providing high‑quality service and maintains resident confidentiality.
• Attends required training, in‑service, and staff meetings and works in a team environment.
