Intersect HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care under the direction of RNs and physicians. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with assessments, and collaborate on discharge planning while maintaining infection control standards and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with PCC or similar electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Proficiency in acute pain management, long-term care.
• Strong understanding of infection control practices.
• Demonstrated skills in patient care, discharge planning, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs.
