Job summary

Intersect HealthCare in Michigan is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our patient care team. Under the direction of RNs and physicians, you will administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with assessments, and support care planning to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure HIPAA compliance, provide wound care when needed, participate in discharge planning, and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Experience with PCC or similar EMR systems preferred.
• Proficient in acute pain management and long-term care.
• Strong infection control practices.
• Experience in discharge planning and medical records maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed.
