Intersect HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with assessments, and collaborate with the care team to support safe, effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with PCC or similar electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Proficiency in acute pain management.
• Strong understanding of infection control practices.
• Demonstrated skills in patient care, discharge planning, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs.
• Assist in patient assessments and care planning.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
