Job summary

Intersect Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and contribute to assessments and discharge planning.

We offer 2nd shift and 3rd shift options, Weekend Warrior Premium, 401K match, comprehensive benefits, PTO and holiday pay, and an emphasis on HIPAA compliance and infection control.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with current, active nursing license.
• Experience with nursing care, patient assessments, and discharge planning.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and infection control protocols.
• Proficiency using PCC or similar EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs.
• Assist in patient assessments and care planning.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions.

Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, assisting with patient assessments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
