Mount Carmel Care Center in Lenox, MA, is hiring an LPN to support the nursing unit under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor. The role focuses on patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning within a faith-based, non-profit LTC setting.

Eligible candidates bring MA LPN licensure, BLS, and a willingness to supervise and delegate. Full- and part-time roles, with generous PTO and health benefits, are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• LPN license in MA and BLS certification required.
• Nursing Home experience preferred; supervisory ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning and directing nursing unit activities.
• Check ill residents, perform assessments, and report changes.
• Assess care needs and participate in interdisciplinary care plans.
• Administer and document prescribed meds and treatments.
