Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the designated State.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice and physician orders.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Assist with resident comfort and safety.
- Monitor vital signs, wounds, and catheter care.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with policies and regulations.
- Coach and mentor staff as needed.
