Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota to deliver high-quality direct routine care under nursing leadership. You will participate in Plan of Care development, implement delegated interventions, and monitor resident responses to care.

The LPN will collect health data, report changes to the RN, and supervise unlicensed staff to support residents' well-being. A Minnesota LPN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with direct routine care under supervision.
• Participate in development and modification of the Plan of Care.
• Collect resident health data and report changes to the RN.
• Assign and monitor nursing tasks for unlicensed staff.
