Care for the Homeless is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Bronx team. You will support patient intake, vitals, injections, EMR documentation, and direct patient care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

This is a full-time role with standard weekday hours and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include administering vaccines and medications, maintaining clinical supplies, and ensuring infection control compliance.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in nursing and NY LPN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete patient intake and vitals under supervision of Nursing Director.
• Administer vaccines and medications as ordered.
• Document clinical notes in EMR accurately.
• Maintain supplies and ensure infection control practices.
• Respond to emergencies and assist practitioners as needed.
