Job summary

Fello is hiring an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Maryland for group-home settings. The LPN delivers person-centered nursing care under supervision, collaborates with the Nurse Case Manager, and supports residents in ADLs and health maintenance.

The role requires a Maryland LPN license and at least one year of experience with people with disabilities. Part-time or full-time shifts are available, with occasional travel to the Severn campus for meetings and trainings. Telework is not offered.

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license issued by the Maryland Board of Nursing is required.
• At least one year of nursing experience with people with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered nursing care per Nursing Care Plan and Individual Plan.
• Support ADLs and coordinate medical appointments and immunizations.
• Maintain health documentation in iCM and other electronic systems.
• Collaborate with DSPs and Nurse Case Manager to promote independence and inclusion.
