Job summary

State of South Carolina seeks an Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Coastal Regional Center in Summerville. The LPN will provide daily nursing care, administer medications, monitor health, and maintain documentation in a compassionate residential setting.

This full-time role offers a $3,000 sign-on, shift differential up to $3.75/hour for applicable shifts, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must be licensed in SC and complete required pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a nursing education program and hold LPN licensure in SC.
• Experience with patients in a clinical or residential setting preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care and treatment to residents in accordance with laws and BHDD-OIDD policies.
• Administer routine medications and treatments per nursing protocol and facility procedures.
• Monitor residents' health and report findings to supervising clinician.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary living and working environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation and MAR reviews; participate in on-call rotation.
