State of South Carolina BHDD-OIDD seeks Licensed Practical Nurses to provide daily nursing care and treatments at Whitten Regional Center (ICF-IID) in Clinton, SC. Qualifications

• Completion of an approved nursing program and SC LPN licensure.
• Licensure to practice as an LPN in South Carolina.
• Knowledge of nursing procedures and documentation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care, training, activities, and treatment at the Regional Centers.
• Administer routine oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications and treatments per protocol.
• Monitor health conditions and report findings to medical staff; assist with examinations and treatments.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary living and working environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation and review MAR and related records.
• Review 90‑day orders and assist with SAOM evaluations and weight/height measurements.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned by the supervisor.
