Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses in Cabot, PA, is seeking a dedicated LPN Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of clinicians, uphold clinical standards, and promote a supportive, growth‑oriented work environment.

You will supervise nurses, therapists, and case managers, provide regular clinical supervision, ensure quality documentation, and assist with onboarding and staff development in a faith‑based, community‑driven organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• +1 years of post-licensure experience (supervisory experience recommended).
• Warm, approachable, and communicative — people come to you for guidance.
• Skilled in managing clinical standards while supporting individual growth.
• Passionate about empowering others and improving client outcomes.

Responsibilities
