Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN who believes in the power of comfort, dignity, and a personalized approach to care? Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a dedicated and personable Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families. Licensed Practical Nurse LPN are needed for patient care in and around the Monroeville/Greensburg area allowing you to work close to your home.

As a Home Health LPN, a vital part of the patient's care team is provided by the employee, offering skilled nursing care and support. This includes tasks such as:
- Assisting with wound care and personal care
- Educating patients and families
- Maintaining medical records
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Also, provide emotional support and companionship, building genuine connections with patients.
- Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
- Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state.
