Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a full-time LPN Clinical Scheduler in Williamsburg, VA. You will provide administrative support for the agency, manage patient visit scheduling, and assist the clinical manager to ensure visits occur per orders and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a valid LPN license in Virginia, CPR certification, and at least one year of clinical experience (home health preferred) along with two years in healthcare administration.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• LPN license in state of practice and residency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience, preferably in home health.
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
• Home health and/or hospice experience.
• Sound knowledge of home care framework and functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to learn industry software.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Answers incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, referral sources, etc., and transfers to the appropriate person or department.
• Takes messages when needed and relays to the appropriate person promptly.
• Selects appropriate clinician for patient assignment based on patient needs, location, and clinician skills.
• Maintains visit data in electronic medical record.
