Adoration Health in Williamsburg, VA is hiring a full-time LPN Clinical Scheduler to support our home health team. The role provides administrative support, manages staff and patient schedules, and ensures visits follow orders and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include a valid LPN license, CPR certification, 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred), and 2 years of administrative experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• LPN license in state of practice and residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience, preferably in home health.
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience in healthcare.
• Home health and/or hospice experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry software.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors courteously and professionally.
• Answers incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, referral sources, etc. and transfers caller to the appropriate person or department.
• Takes messages and relays to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
• Selects appropriate clinician for patient assignment based on patient needs, location, and clinician skill.
• Maintains visit data in the electronic medical record.

Overview

Adoration Home Health is currently seeking a full time LPN Clinical Scheduler to support our location in Williamsburg, VA. Responsible for providing administrative support for the agency by performing general office duties including maintaining adequate stock of supplies needed for staff and patient care. Supports the clinicalmanager with managing patient schedules to ensure visits are performed in accordance with orderedfrequencies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
• Assists with answering incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, referral sources, etc. and transfers caller to the appropriate person or department
• Takes messages when needed and relays to the appropriate person in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer) with the ability to learn industry specific software applications
• Solid organizational skills, thoroughness, and a keen attention to detail with the ability to multi-task while prioritizing effectively
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
