Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services in Cordova, TN is seeking a Private Duty LPN Clinical Scheduler for full-time daytime hours. You will provide administrative support, coordinate patient schedules, manage supplies, and ensure visits meet frequencies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong organization and communication skills, with opportunities for professional growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• LPN license valid in the state of practice and residence
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year clinical home health experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience in healthcare preferred
• Home health/hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
• Answers incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, referral sources, etc. and transfers callers
• Takes messages as needed and relays to the appropriate person
• Selects appropriate clinician for patient assignment based on patient needs and location
• Maintains visit data in electronic medical record

In this role, you’ll provide administrative support, coordinate patient schedules, maintain essential supplies, and help ensure patient visits are completed according to ordered frequencies and regulatory requirements. Schedule: Full-Time; Days

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice and in the state of residence
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of one year clinical experience, preferably in home health
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment, preferred
• Home health and/or hospice experience
• Sound knowledge of the framework, organization and function of home care
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer) with the ability to learn industry specific software applications
• Solid organizational skills, thoroughness, and a keen attention to detail with the ability to multi-task while prioritizing effectively
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
