Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Tennessee.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage and administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and evaluate resident conditions and adjust care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Provide delegation and oversight to caregiving staff.
• Complete required documentation and charting.
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
• Participate in on-call rotation or ensure appropriate clinical coverage.
