Americare Senior Living in Lexington, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Memory Care community. This part-time/PRN role provides compassionate, high-quality clinical care within a supportive caregiving team and state guidelines.

You will deliver direct nursing care, assist with assessments and care planning, administer medications, and maintain documentation while collaborating with physicians, pharmacies, and leaders to ensure resident well-being in a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per state regulations and facility policies.
• Support and guide caregiving staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and monitoring changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and established protocols.
• Maintain professional relationships with physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with Regional Nurse Consultant and community leadership to support clinical best practices.
• Support orientation and training of care team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, respectful, home-like environment for residents.
