Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Tennessee.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans.
• Manage and administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and adjust care as needed.
• Provide clinical oversight and oversee caregiving staff.
• Complete documentation and charting.
