Formación

• Currently licensed in the State of Florida as an LPN.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Enters all patient status changes into the EMR in a timely manner.
• Keeps team census spreadsheet up-to-date and maintains disaster preparedness spreadsheets.
• Prepares care plans and coordinates IDG meetings; ensures complete recertifications and correct documentation.
• Notifies team members of patient status changes and shares updates with external physicians as requested.
• Prints and distributes weekly reports and schedules to the team.
