Job summary

Mountain View Hospital seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to support Upper Valley Family Medicine in Rigby. You will assist physicians, manage charts, schedule appointments, and perform routine testing, ensuring compassionate patient service.

The RN/LPN must communicate clearly with staff and patients, handle lab tasks when needed, and participate in a cooperative clinic environment focusing on safe, accurate care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Health Sciences program or higher.
• Current BLS Certification and valid driver's license.
• LPN degree with IV therapy and drug administration certifications within 60 days of hire.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications or PEARS alternative as noted.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with patient care, chart management and clerical tasks.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient data and tests.
• Perform CLIA waived point-of-care testing when needed and relay results.
• Maintain patient service with professional communication and teamwork.
