Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls seeks a multitasker to join our team as LPN/CMA/MA. You will assist physicians with patient care, manage clerical tasks, and support clinic operations, including specimen handling and lab oversight. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

You will coordinate patient flow, perform waived testing, and participate in quality improvement efforts, while maintaining a compassionate, professional presence for patients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited health sciences program or higher.
• Current BLS Certification.
• LPN with IV therapy and drug administration certification within 60 days of hire.
• CMA course or CMA certification preferred.
• 6 months clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Fulfills patient care responsibilities as assigned, including screenings and assisting physicians.
• Collects blood samples and other specimens with proper identification and labeling.
• Performs waived point-of-care testing as needed.
• Handles clerical duties: charting, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Maintains infection control and PPE practices.
• Communicates with office manager, staff, and providers.
• Maintains and organizes patient records and lab results.
• Attends staff meetings and participates in CQI activities.
