CarePartners Health Services in Asheville, NC, is hiring a licensed practical nurse to join the Day Center team. You will triage participants, administer medications per MAR and standing orders, assist with labs and procedures, and coordinate care with providers and families.

The role emphasizes patient education on pharmaceuticals, wound care, and adherence to physician practices. Previous LPN/LVN experience preferred; travel is not required, and you will work in a collaborative clinic setting.

Qualifications

• BCLS and First Aid certifications required within specified timelines.
• LPN/LVN license required.
• Associate degree or vocational training completed.

Responsabilités

• Triage participants and deliver nursing care.
• Administer medications per MAR and standing orders.
• Assist with labs, procedures, wound care and dressings.
• Coordinate care with providers, Day Center Supervisor and families.
• Educate patients on medications and treatment plans.
