Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) in Gravette, AR is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Gravette Clinic. The role includes direct and indirect patient care under supervision, meeting nursing standards and coordinating with physicians and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Arkansas.
• Must hold a current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross; recertification required.
• Telemetry course completion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting under supervision.
• Maintain regulatory requirements and clinic policies; communicate patient status to physicians and team.
• Support compassionate, respectful patient experiences in Gravette Clinic.
