Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Gravette Clinic. The role provides direct and indirect patient care under supervision of PA, NP, RN and/or physician, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Arkansas.
• Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross. Recertification required before expiration throughout employment.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
